Position Specifics

Kitchen Designers are responsible for providing friendly and courteous customer service by qualifying customers for kitchen design consultation, providing quotes and providing product options. The Kitchen Designer facilitates the smooth and efficient processing of all kitchen department custom orders and install sales until the customer is satisfied.

This is a GREAT role if you:

Be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends

Demonstrated knowledge of construction and the ability to read blueprints and floor plans

Thrive in a fast-paced, fun environment

Have strong customer relationship skills, superior product expertise, and advanced project knowledge to provide a differentiated experience to drive sales and provide a great customer experience.

Able to assess customer needs, guide customer decisions, evaluate the scope of specific project, integrate information into a design layout, resolve issues, and drive sales.
