We are presently looking to fill a permanent position in our accounting department. If you have 3+ years experience in accounting (senior role) and you are bilingual, we want to hear from you! Candidates must note that this position requires travelling within Canada 8 weeks per year.
TASKS
The Accounting Coordinator will be responsible to complete the following tasks for the cooperatives under his/her supervision:
- Preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements and other financial reports useful for administrative decision-making;
- Analyze General Ledger accounts and make the necessary entries;
- Prepare the year-end file for external auditors;
-- Participate in the development of accounting procedures and following-up on them;
- Perform any other related tasks ask requested by supervisor.
REQUIREMENTS
"« Bachelor¡¦s degree in Accounting;
"« A minimum of two (2) years accounting experience;
"« Versatile, team-worker, organized and methodical;
"« Very autonomous;
"« Bilingual (French and English);
"« Willing to travel occasionally
