Position Specifics


Expediter II/Project Coordinators demonstrate a high level of customer service orientation by acting as a liaison between Customers, Installers, Designers and Home Depot personnel. Expediter II/Project Coordinators have extensive knowledge of design, kitchen installation and build processes and use this knowledge to resolve issues, assess customer needs, guide customer decisions and coordinate installer activities in a timely and professional manner. A successful Expediter II/Project Coordinator partners with all levels of management, demonstrates solid communication and follow up skills, understands all installation programs/processes within Home Depot and is a detail-oriented self-starter.

  • Have the ability to get results despite a large workload, competing demands and working in a fast paced environment.
  • Cooperate and work productively with others to meet customer needs.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge regarding products, services and procedures in specialty area and other areas of the store
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
