Position Specifics

Overnight (Pack Down) Team Supervisors work with their team to ensure that shelves are stocked, aisles are organized and overheads and end caps are appropriately filled with the correct promotions. With direction from the Fulfillment/Operations Assistant Store Manager and the category pack-down list, the Overnight (Pack Down Team Supervisor executes primarily inventory management and pack-down and as directed or needed pack-out with his/her team. Every day, Overnight (Pack Down Team Supervisors, along with their team, ensure that the sales floor is clear, organized and properly signed, and that the receiving floor is clear of pallets and trash thus ensuring the store is ?Grand Opening Day Ready? each day.font>

This is a GREAT role if you:
·         Are able to work a flexible schedule Have 1 to 2 years experience as a supervisor
·         Have excellent customer service skills and enjoy interacting with people
·         Have excellent decision making ability and problem solving skills
·         Have a strong work ethic, coupled with undeniable enthusiasm and energy.
·         Possess the ability to thrive under pressure and have a strong attention to detail
