Representative - Recruiter/Account Manager (Bilingual)

Bilingual Source is currently expanding and is looking for a motivated
individual to participate in the growth of our company.
The successful candidates will perform the following activities:
- Recruitment of Candidates
- Evaluate candidate
requirements and place then into Client companies
- Building and
maintaining strong relationships with candidates
- Constant follow up
with candidates
- Thoroughly
screening resumes
- Conducting thorough
interviews
- Performing
reference checks and security screening
- Presenting the most
qualified candidates to clients
- Providing the most
suitable job opportunities to candidates
The successful candidate will possess
the following qualifications:
- Strong
communication and interpersonal skills required
- Bilingual
French/English an Asset
- Relevant College
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business
- Strong commitment
to customer service and relationship building
- Entrepreneurial and
self-motivated individual
- Exceptional
organizational and multi-tasking skills and the ability to work independently
- Ability to thrive
in a highly autonomous, self-structured environment
- Excellent computer
skills
- Strong attention to
detail
- Previous Sales
experience an asset
- Strong DRIVE and a need
to make an above average INCOME.
