Bilingual Customer Service Representative

add a motivated and hardworking bilingual customer service representative
willing to learn and exceed clients' expectations.
Key Role Responsibilities / Activities / Deliverables:
- Provide
top-notch customer service to achieve complete customer satisfaction,
- Provide team
support during quarterly promotion events,
- Inform of the
current promotions and sign-up new customers.
Required
Experience / Competencies / Education:
- Oral and written
skills in English & French are mandatory,
- Two (2) year in
a call center (mandatory),
- Exposure to
selling aspects (upselling, cross-selling),
- Strong
interpersonal skills and a team player,
- Willingness to
continually participate in skill development training.
Highly
Desired Experience / Competencies / Education:
- Good
understanding and working experience with MsOffice tools,
- Experience in
the health industry is a strong asset,
- Post secondary
is preferred but not required.
