Bilingual Financial Services Representative

looking to bring on several new Bilingual Financial Services Representatives to
their team. They are committed to
providing the highest level of service to their client base. The main focus is
providing accurate information, excellent service and enduring solutions which
will enhance customer loyalty.
Key
Role Responsibilities / Activities / Deliverables:
- Handle
inbound calls and represent yourself in a professional manner.
- Communicate with investors, holders
and internal customers.
- Adhere to internal policies and
procedures.
Required
Experience / Competencies / Education:
- Fluently
Bilingual (French/English) written and verbal.
- Financial
customer service experience OR Financial Education OR Strong desire to work for
the financial industry.
- Strong
work ethic.
Highly
Desired Experience / Competencies / Education:
- Experience
in a Financial contact centre.
- Post
Secondary in Business or Financial related.
