Purchasing - Real Estate (#241752)

Our client, a large global brand, is currently seeking a Commodity Manager to join their Purchasing Team. The successful candidate hass excellent communication skills and easily builds relationships with others.

Responsibilities:
. Strategic procurement activities related to real estate purchasing (e.g. construction procurement and facilities management services)
. Management of third party purchasing volume in conjunction with the rules and regulations from commodity management strategies
. Implementation, communication and deployment of procurement strategy and road map for the respective commodity
. Market analysis
. Supplier selection, including risk analysis documentation and communication of preferred suppliers
. Supplier management
. Development and implementation of material productivity programs measures

Requirements:
. CPP Designation
. Bachelor Degree
. 8-10 years of successful experience in facilities management, strategic spend optimization, security services or directly related field
. Business processes purchasing techniques and methodologies, including legal and contractual experience in cross-functional procurement
. Excellent negotiations and analytical skills and a result-oriented focus
. Advance experience with Microsoft Excel Access
. SAP experience


Skills:

Certified Purchasing Professional (PMAC) or equiva (Must Have)
