Role and Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for prospecting new business in the Ottawa area through cold calling or visits to bring in new business.
- Help recruit and staff for job opportunities that range from data entry clerks, customer service agents, administrative support roles, and senior level executive assistant opportunities.
- Post job ads on Kijiji, Craigs List, HRDC, Workopolis and attend career fairs.
- Work in a fast paced work environment where weekly targets and goals are made achievable.
- Interview job seekers, conduct reference checks and help locate qualified candidates throughout Ottawa for the 100s of positions we staff every week.
