| Would you like to be part of a team that changes people's lives? We are looking for a fluently bilingual recruiter to join our driven and energetic group.
Role and Responsibilities
- Responsible for the recruitment, retention and motivation of temporary employees
- Searching internal database to match qualifications with job specifications
- Proceeding with preliminary telephone screening of potential candidates
- Arranging candidate interviews
- Matching candidate resumes to open requests in order to make the best fit
- Responsible for reference checks on applicants
- Customer service support to both clients and candidates
- Qualifications:
- Verbally bilingual in French and English with the ability to interview and review resumes in both languages
- Team player that gives 100% to each position that they recruit on
- Self-motivated individual that can work independently
- Post-secondary degree/diploma
- Must have superb time-management skills
- Detailed oriented, organized and efficient
- Hours are 9am - 6pm (Monday - Thursday) and 8am - 4pm (Friday)
