One of our top clients in the Mississauga / Etobicoke area is currently looking for a responsible individual to join their Accounts Receivable team. In this exciting role, you would be in charge of the monitoring and collection of outstanding accounts receivable as assigned and to provide Administrative support.

• Call, collect, monitor and resolve customer receivables on assigned portfolio
• Prepare account receivable reconciliations as required
• Quote AR status for buyouts and extensions
• Process refunds due to overpayments and timing differences resulting from buyouts and security deposits
• Identify problem accounts and advise Manager Corporate Risk - Receivables
• Code cash receipts for deposit
• Prepare journal entries as required
• Prepare and authorize journal entries per established guidelines

• High School diploma with post secondary courses in Business, Accounting and Computers are an asset
• Sincere interest in customer service and relations
• Proficiency in windows based computer environment, including software applications
• Must possess strong Excel and Word skills

• Professional customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively
• Energetic, ambitious, outgoing, good learner, common sense approach, proactive, and inquisitive in a team oriented environment
• Positive attitude toward measurable and quantifiable goals and learning
• Neat, organized and efficient workspace habits
