Manager, Financial Planning (#242000)

Our client, an established organization in the health care industry, is looking for a Manager, Financial planning. The successful candidate must have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and have experience managing direct reports.

Responsibilities
. Company-wide forecasts, ministry reporting, business cases, and statistical analysis
. Manage and present financial analysis to senior management for decision making
. Develop appropriate reporting tools to meet the needs of stakeholders
. Perform impact analysis and link the budget planning to strategic plans
. Train staff members on budgeting, business cases, case costing, and other financial issues
. Perform benchmarking analysis, gather KPIs
. Enhance and streamline current procedures and systems related to financial planning
. Provide leadership in team planning, coaching, development, and evaluation

Requirements
. Business Degree
. Professional Accounting Designation (CGA, CMA, or CA)
. 8-10 years of relevant experience, including strategic management and implementing organizational change
. 5 years of experience in management reporting and statistical analysis
. Proven ability to lead teams
. Ability to build strong relationships, both internally and externally
