Position Specifics

The Compensation & Benefits Analyst will provide analytical expertise, business case support and recommendations in the development and administration of compensation and benefit programs designed to meet Home Depot business objectives and associate needs.  The focus will include store, SSC, DC and MET compensation and incentive plans, equity programs, group benefit plans and insurances and retirement programs.   Consult with HR clients and business partners to assist with compensation decisions and issue resolution.   Support ongoing C&B activities including compensation approvals, HR reporting, position maintenance, job evaluation, C&B associate communication. This position reports to the Manager, Compensation, with strong field and SSC HR partnerships

This is a GREAT role if you:

? Have the knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a post-secondary education
? Have professional designation CCP and CEBS (preferred)
? Have minimum 3 years? HR experience with an emphasis on compensation and benefits
? Have advanced knowledge of Excel and HR
? Have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
? Have experience with compensation and benefits market research analysis
? Have experience in salary administration and job evaluation
? Have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels
? Have strong analytical skills and attention to detail
? Are self-starter, efficient, organized and able to produce high quality work under pressure and in a timely fashion,
? Have strong work ethic and sense of responsibility and confidentiality,
? Have the ability to build effective working relationships with multiple stakeholders
? Are bilingual French/English (an asset)
? Have the ability to manage multiple priorities, possess patience, a teamwork attitude, ability to positively engage others, be upbeat and have a positive  attitude
? Have excellent interpersonal skills
? Have proven ability to perform in an unpredictable, fast-paced environment
? Have exceptional customer service skills
? Are creative thinker,  problem solver
? Have Strong organizational and time management skills
