Lead Geotechnical Engineer (#241645)

Lead Geotechnical Engineer, P.Eng.
Surrey, British Columbia

Our client seeks an experienced Geotechnical Engineer to function as the Leader for the Geotechnical Group in the Surrey office of the Geotechnical Division in the Fraser Valley Region.

Ideal candidates must be Professional Engineers registered, or eligible for registration, with the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia, and have at least ten years of experience in the geotechnical field. An undergraduate degree in geotechnical, geological or civil (geotechnical) engineering is required; a Master's degree in Engineering or Business Administration would be preferable but is not mandatory.
A demonstrated ability in the following skills is essential:
. Management of a group of engineers and technologists;
. An acumen for business development;
. Quality control for projects;
. Sound project management skills and an ability to multi-task to ensure that projects are delivered on time and on budget to the client's satisfaction.
