Bilingual Sales/Contracts Administrator

Our client, located in the west end, is a worldwide leading financial institution. They are currently seeking a financial Administrator to support the sales team in analyzing and renewing business contracts.

Key Role Responsibilities / Activities / Deliverables:

• Process all contract renewals
• Analyze current contracts to maintain optimal service
• Follow up on any discrepancies and make recommendations to amend
• Process all applications via their proprietary software
• Support the sales team with Administrative duties
• Contact vendors in gathering documents to support final approvals

Required Experience / Competencies / Education:

•  Previous administrative experience (preference in financial)
•  Fluently Bilingual (French / English)
•  High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
