Key Role Responsibilities / Activities / Deliverables:

• Responsible for handling all incoming (45-70 per day) and outbound(minimal) calls from the Service Departments
• Collecting and managing information
• Investigate, research and resolve, make recommendations for resolution for problems and issues that may arise

Required Experience / Competencies / Education

• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong computer aptitude and data management ability
• Good oral and written skills in English & French definite requirement
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills & MS Office skills, 30 WPM 

Highly Desired Experience / Competencies / Education:

• 6 months-1 year of customer service, or call centre experience
• Demonstrates good judgment when making decisions
• Able to handle high volumes of work and a variety of tasks at one time
