Bilingual Receptionist &
Operations Assistant

This
successful candidate will be the receptionist and administrative help to the
operations department. They require someone who is highly organized,
personable, a self starter and presentable.
DUTIES:
- Planning of
meetings, including the preparation of reports and meeting documentation,
recording minutes, hotel and travel reservations and contracting
interpreters and technicians
- Coordinating all
travel for the Board members and preparation of extensive travel
packages
- Preparation of
materials
- Assist in
producing policies and procedures
- Assist with the
preparation of contracts, powers of attorneys and other legal documentation
REQUIREMENTS:
- Professional and
mature
- 6 months+ of
administrative/reception experience minimum
- Strong language
skills in French and English (written and verbal)
- Post secondary
education is a strong asset
