Position Location: Fort McMurray, Alberta.
Refinery Maintenance is seeking a qualified Steamfitter/Pipefitter Technicians. The successful candidates will be members of the Refinery Maintenance team responsible for plant maintenance in Hydroprocessing, Conversion and U&O.

You will be expected to have strong interpersonal, communication, organizational and problem-solving skills. You also must be able to handle multiple tasks and work safely with minimum supervision.
Preference will be given to those with knowledge and experience in the maintenance of industrial equipment preferably in an oil and gas environment.

Qualifications

  • Valid Alberta Journey certified or Interprovincial "Red Seal" Steamfitter/Pipefitter ticket
  • High school diploma or General Educational Development Diploma (GED)

Other desirable assets include:

  • Good verbal and written skills
  • Hydrostatic testing experience
  • TDOCS drawing system experience
  • Experience in a supervisory role
  • Ability to deal with changing priorities

These are full-time permanent positions located in Fort McMurray
