Production Supervisor - Afternoons (#242089)My client in the Toronto area is a fabricator and distributor of glass and aluminum. They are currently looking for a Production Supervisor (afternoon Shift) to join their team on a Full Time basis. RESPONSIBILITIES: .Managing, initiating, and directing the activities of employees in the production department ensuring that the finished products meets company standards and expectations, and there are no production interruptions .Responsible for the scheduling of employees .Ensuring that the finished products meets company standards and expectations, and there are no production interruptions .Training Employees on all company policies, procedures, health and safety .Reporting any equipment malfunctions .Managing inventory levels .Participate and discuss possible changes or problems with your supervisor, and maintenance department personnel in order to improve quality and quantity of products.
