Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Key Role Responsibilities / Activities / Deliverables:
- Handle incoming calls from customers and place calls when necessary.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure client satisfaction and resolution to any issues.
- Promote online service to clients. Handle any special projects from management.
Required Experience / Competencies / Education:
- Customer Service experience in the service sector.
- Fluently Bilingual (French / English)
Highly Desired Experience / Competencies / Education:
- Post Secondary education preferred, but not mandatory.
- Technically minded person.
