Engineering Manager (#216307)

We are working on an amazing role for a special individual and are currently partnered with a leading designer/manufactuer of products for water systems/repairs.

They are currently aggressively looking for an Engineering Manager to aid in the management of their electronics hardware, firmeware and validation activities, including developers, technical/project management of contractors, and participation in system design/solution to translate into a full realised product/service soilution.

The selected individual will mentor and manage staff, and additionally manage new product development, project management and prioritization of work requests and tracking for the R+D Department.

They would also manage all firmware, and DPS/signal processing projects, including architecture, partitioning of firmware, generating design documentation and the generation of BSP and drivers, including diagnostics coding, and code inspections/reviews.

The ideal incumbent will possess 10+ years of engineering development experience, and a minimum of 5 years management experience. They should also have extensive technical knowledge involving hardware, firmware, DSP/signal processing and product validation.

Special consideration will be given to those with Hardware development for signal processing, firmware and DSP development for signal processing, and experience with QA tools and techniques, bug tracking, design, execution and test case mangement tools. Additional "nice to haves" would be Experience with MS Project, or tools such as Clarizen or PSNext etc.

BS degree in a technical discipline, Masters in Engineering Management and PMP certification is desirable.
