Bilingual Customer Service Specialist
Our client has been in business for 100 years and they

Responsibilities:
- Answering
incoming calls from both a queue and direct line
- Handling
inquiries and complaints
- Entering
faxed, e-mailed and called in orders into computer
- Following-up
on orders to ensure successful deliveries
- Expediting
deliveries with Inventory Control
- Preparing
Returns Good Authorization Forms
- Preparing
credits where necessary
- Order
tracking and tracing
- Handling
short, late and damaged shipments
- Keeping
all filing current
- Liaising
with internal departments to ensure successful order completion
- Occasionally
interpreting for Accounts Receivable Representatives
- Other
duties as necessary
The
ideal candidate must have:
- A post-secondary
education or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in customer
service/order desk
- Must be
fluently bilingual in English and French, both oral and written
- Ability
to multi-task
- Strong
communication skills
- Good
attitude
- Prompt,
reliable, friendly
- Aptitude
for technical jargon would be an asset
