We currently have an opportunity for an Acute Access Coordinator in our Clinical Capacity Program located in the following facilities:

Delta Hospital
Langley Memorial Hospital
Peace Arch Hospital

This position offers you the opportunity to:
. Coordinate efficient and timely patient placement and bed utilization within FH
. Collaborate with health care facilities and BC Bedline regarding access to beds
. Provide guidance to health care teams regarding admission eligibility and criteria

To be the successful candidate, you will have:
. Baccalaureate's degree in Nursing
. Current registration with the College of Registered Nurses of British Columbia (CRNBC)
. Recent three (3) years related clinical experience in an acute care setting including 1 year experience in supervisory or leadership role responsible for patient care coordination, access and planning
. Valid BC Driver's License and access to a personal vehicle
