Bilingual Technical Support Representative

We are currently looking to add a bright Bilingual Technical Support Representative to our team - a superstar individual with two years of experience who is ready to jump into a long-term opportunity and grow within our company!
Key Role Responsibilities:
- Receive calls from clients who use our technology on a daily basis
- Identify and understand the inquiry and find the appropriate response
- Provide follow-ups to our clients when necessary.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Experience/Competencies/Education:
- Post-secondary education completed.
- 2 years experience minimum as a Customer Service representative.
- Proficient in Ms Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
- Perfectly bilingual in French and English.
Highly Desired Experience/Competencies/Education:
- An exceptional phone manner when dealing with customers and clients.
- A go-getter, do-what-it-takes attitude. No clock watchers please!
- Basic knowledge in information technology (good with computers)
- Exceptional multi-tasking and organizational skills
