Position Specifics

Your role will be to manage the store?s human resources activities to promote a strong working environment. This will involve driving the store?s HR Review process to accurately assess talent, coordinate Associate surveys and assessments as necessary, and manage the hiring process to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and policies. You will also forecast and analyze workforce-planning data and provide feedback to management team.
You must have at 3-5 years of experience as a HR generalist (or related), as well as 2 years of management experience. A degree in Human Resources Management or related field would be ideal. You must also be CHRP certified or be working towards certification.
