Manager Derivatives Pricing (#242462)

The Manager Derivatives Pricing, is responsible for the timely and accurate delivery of all listed and broker pricing pertaining to to a wide range of derivative instruments. This entails but is not limited to establishing process, procedures for the operation of the group as well as to scope out new technology, this covers Derivatives across client segments in Canada.

Key Accountabilities:
Directly managing team responsible for Security Setups, Listed Derivative Pricing and Broker Pricing.
Evolving processes and controls to increase overall quality of Derivatives products delivered to client while continuing to maintain and enhance timeliness of delivery
Directly participate in planning and execution around multiple project deliverables for the Alternative Investment Services team for Exchange Products.
Continuously improve quality of service delivery and efficiency through streamline of operational practices.
Ensure compliance of policies and rules detailed in financial regulation(s)
Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures and standards for all aspects of the business as defined by Risk, Compliance, Operational reviews and Audits
Provide timely reporting on operations and controls for Internal Audit Review
Ability to support peers with daily deliverables

Knowledge/Experience:
3+ years in a Technical Derivatives role
Experience Managing Staff
Refined interpersonal skills
Experience in writing Excel Macros
Experience with Counterparty/Broker Reconciliation for Derivatives
Involved with Process Improvements
Experience with Projects
