Position Specifics
Position Purpose: Night Crew/Order Picker/Pack Down Associates primary responsibility is to deliver product from the receiving area to the appropriate department in a safe manner, organize stock and organize, fill and change end caps in preparation for the following day?s business.
Position Responsibilities: We're looking for the type of associates who can tap into their inner orange by:
? Providing friendly and courteous customer service, stopping operational tasks to assist Customers. Introduce Customers to a Sales Associate when necessary.
? Delivering product from receiving to appropriate department, placing merchandise on the proper shelves or overheads when required.
? Pack-down stock from overheads when required.
? Ensuring aisles are clean and orderly
? Notifying management of out-of-stocks
? May be required to operate machinery .Knowledge of delivery invoices and basic knowledge of products in all departments
? Computer skills to identify product, SKU and vendor information
Experience/Knowledge Required: The kind of orange we?re looking for will possess:

? Detail-oriented; able to work both independently and as part of a team; self-motivated to drive completion of tasks as quickly and accurately as possible; able to work nights (10PM ? 6:30AM) .
? Ability to lift up to fifty pounds repetitively
? Follows safety policies and procedures outlined under The Home Depot Environmental health and Safety Management system element.
