Bilingual Purchasing Representative

Our Client in the Burlington area is looking for a hardworking, and service oriented individual to join their purchasing/buying team.
Their responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, and taking orders on a daily basis. You will also be working with various internal and external clients to determine the needs of this multi-faceted organization. Entering orders and P.O.s will encompass the large part of your day.

Key Role Responsibilities / Activities / Deliverables:
- Handle inbound customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Working with internal clients to verify and expidite their needs
- Handling customer orders and p.o.'s (entering into the system)
- Work with the rest of the team to ensure prompt delivery of product
- Respond to email inquiries
Required Experience / Competencies / Education:
- 1-2 years of Supply Chain or Purchasing experience or Customer Service
- Fluently Bilingual (French / English)
- Strong problem solving ability
Highly Desired Experience / Competencies / Education:
- Some Post-Secondary Preferred
- Strong attention to detail
