Bilingual Customer Service Supervisor

Working as a Bilingual Customer Service Supervisor, you will really kick start your career. You will manage a team of customer service reps to ensure your clients are 100% satisfied. Our client is looking for a strong communicator that has the ability to multitask and liaise with different departments internally and externally. The product you will be supporting is a leader in concierge services for VIP customers.
Key Role Responsibilities / Activities / Deliverables:
- Customer Service Supervision of team of 15-20 Reps
- Strong Product Knowledge
- Demonstrated escalation management techniques.
- Team coaching, monitoring and scheduling
- Strong organizational behavior
Required Experience / Competencies / Education:
- 1 yr - 3 yr experience in a contact centre
- Post Secondary 24/7 environment
- Fluent in French and English (will be tested) both written and verbal
- Strong computer proficiency and strong learning aptitude
- Excellent communication ability
- Detail oriented and excellent time management with the ability to multitask
