Our Client in the London area is looking for a hardworking, and service oriented individual to join their customer service team.
Their responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, and working taking orders on a daily basis. A focused and detail oriented individual is required for this role.

Key Role Responsibilities / Activities / Deliverables:
- Handle inbound customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Handle all orders that come in on a daily basis
- Work with the rest of the customer service team to ensure a high level of customer service
- Respond to email inquiries
Required Experience / Competencies / Education:
- 1 years+ Customer Service Experience
- Fluently Bilingual (French / English)
- Strong attention to detail
Highly Desired Experience / Competencies / Education:
- Some Post-Secondary Preferred
- Strong Problem Solving Skills
