Our client, located in Concord is currently in search of a proactive Customer service Representative! If you bring strong relationship building skills and enjoy working in a casual pleasant environment then I suggest applying now!

• Process orders from start to finish for existing clients 
• Service existing accounts and develop new business with your strong relationship building skills
• Support the field sales team in servicing new and existing clientele
• Provide pricing and quotations to inquiring customers
• Directly support the field sales team

Required Experience / Competencies / Education:

• Strong verbal and written English and French
• 1 year minimum experience in Customer service
• Proactive & Solution Oriented
• Experience in building & maintaining relationships with key accounts
