Business Analyst (#242866)

A leading bank based in Toronto is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to work within their Retail Operations Group.

The ideal candidate will have mortgages and lending experience although this is not essential.

Key duties:

Facilitate planning sessions between senior executive team, and I.T. engineering, to create and align strategic business plans for fiscal planning purposes.

Provide ongoing support and assessment of control initiatives,

Identify issues for quick resolution and concise assessments.

Work with Audit to evaluate procedural and policy gaps to limit exposure to risk and identifying gaps in governance and control procedures.


Key Skill:

- Strong communications skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Good analytics and reporting skills.
- Familiar with databases.
