The Opportunity
Our client is seeking a Plant Manager for their world class continuous operation located in Central Ontario.
The Details
Reporting to the VP, you will have responsibility for leading and developing operations, engineering, maintenance and continuous improvement for this unionized food plant. You are accountable for delivering the highest quality at the lowest cost meeting customer and regulatory requirements. The scope of this position encompasses engineering and equipment maintenance.
The Requirements
You have a minimum of 10 years of progressive management experience in a unionized food manufacturing operation. We require strong management skills and a thorough knowledge of QA, materials management and distribution. A University degree in Science / Engineering is required.
