Senior Business Analyst (#242952)

Our client, an organization in the Healthcare industry, is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join their diverse and dynamic team. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and work well under tight deadlines and stress.

Responsibilities
. Work in a multi-site environment
. Build collaborative relationships with internal client departments, programs, and management
. Provide assistance and training in budgeting and financial analysis, financial reporting, project accounting, project evaluation, and business cases
. Design and implement internal controls
. Coordinate the annual operating and capital planning process
. Variance analysis and compliance reporting
. Timely annual financial reporting
. Ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements
. Experience in the Healthcare industry is mandatory
. University degree and professional designation (CA, CMA, or CGA)
. At least 5 years of relevant work experience
. Knowledge of the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care reporting requirements
. Experience with information technology control processes and procedures
. Project management experience
. Expert in Excel
. Experience with Cognos is an asset
. Bilingualism (French / English) is an asset
