Mechanical (HVAC)/Building Science Engineer (#218984)

Mechanical (HVAC) / Building Science Engineer - GTA, Ontario

Are you interested in working for a consulting firm that is known for its technical excellence? Are you truly a consultant that always looks out in the best interest of the client? The North York location for a multidisciplinary consulting firm is looking to add some talent to its team in the building science division.

We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer with an interest in Building Science to assume the role of Manager, Asset Planning.

Key Responsibilities:

-Preparation of Building Condition Assessments
-preparation of Energy Audits & Reserve Fund Studies
-Contract administration and project management services
-Preparation of plans and engineering specifications for upgrading of mechanical equipment
-preparation of one year & two year Performance Audits for Tarion submission

Must have:

-Post-secondary education in mechanical (HVAC) engineering
-Minimum 5 years of building condition assessments
-P.Eng designation
-Strong knowledge of building codes and Tarion programs
