Bilingual Customer Relations Coordinator

This fast-paced
growing company is seeking an outgoing team player to join their team. If you
are customer service oriented, with the ability to mediate easily using your
exquisite communication skills, you will thrive and grow in this role. Our
client is looking for Bilingual Customer Relations Coordinator to
process consumer claims and to balance the concerns of all parties using
industry expertise.
Key Role Responsibilities / Activities / Deliverables:
- Provide exceptional customer service in a timely manner
- Answer general customer enquiries regarding vehicle purchases
- Interact with different departments and assist dealerships with
product information
Required Experience / Competencies / Education:
- 2
yrs of customer service experience preferably in automotive.
- Fluently
Bilingual (French / English) will be tested. Written French a MUST
- Post
Secondary education completed
- Strong
interest in automotive industry
Highly Desired Experience / Competencies / Education:
- Previous
consumer relations experience
- Strong
leadership skills
- Excellent
problem solving skills
