Job Description:
Senior Sales Position
Our client is a company with skilled engineers, technologists, technicians, programmers and support staff that specialize in industrial automation and advanced rotating equipment controls primarily serving the oil and gas industry. Their staff works with the latest technologies, applying innovative and creative thinking, to provide world class automation solutions to our clients.

Our client is currently seeking an experienced sales specialist with a technical background and proven track record in our industry.

Responsibilities:
. Draw on your strong relevant sales experience and relationships to build on existing sales foundation as well as discover and close new sales opportunities.
. Presentations to customers and industry groups.

Requirements:
. At least 10-15 years in sales of controls and engineering products and services and a proven track record of account management and sales success.
. Strong network of relevant industry contacts and relationships.
. Strong negotiation and sales leadership skills.
. Outgoing and creative; excellent public speaking and presentation skills.
. Ambitious self-starter with high energy level as well as the ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment.
. Strong communication, interpersonal and computer skills.
. Able to thrive in a team environment as well as work alone with minimum supervision.
. Accepting and adhering to high ethical standards.
