Intermediate Corporate Services Clerk

Our client, a reputable mid-sized law firm in downtown Vancouver, is seeking an intermediate Corporate Services Clerk. This firm respects every single member of their team and believes that every team member is responsible for the success of the organization. If you are a Corporate Service clerk who is looking for a career with a firm that understands work life balance; and offers incentives such as gym facilities, employee assistance programs, and competitive salaries, then please apply.

Your duties will include:

- Dividend resolution
- Requires the ability to review rights and restrictions;
- Incorporations - BC and Federal Companies;
- Share Transactions;
- Dissolutions Management;

Skills Required:

- Strong interpersonal skills;
- Team player attitude;
- Willingness to learn and continuously improve;
- Ability to work autonomously.


- 3-5 years of working experience as a Corporate Services Clerk;
- Solid working knowledge of ALF database;
- Strong working knowledge of MS Word. Testing will be necessary.
