Here at Arlyn Recruiting, we are always on the look out for junior assistants and receptionists to fill potential roles with our clients. These can be permanent, contract, or temp positions, and are best suited to those with a strong background in customer service, is comfortable dealing with the public and speaking with customers on the phone. Typical responsibilities would be booking appointments, greeting customers, answering phone inquiries, screening and directing calls to appropriate parties, mail and courier services, and writing basic letters and email correspondence. Other duties could include providing executive support to members of senior management and assistance to the admin team.
To be considered for these types of positions, you will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service, an excellent phone matter, a high level of professionalism and the ability to use tact and decorum. You will need to be able to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast paced environment, and be able to prioritize your work load. Someone who is a quick learner with excellent attention to detail will excel in this position.
