Bilingual Technical Support Specialist

(Bilingual French/English a must)

Adaptability, enthusiasm, willingness to learn and great ideas are what help keep a department on the upward swing. Our client is looking to add an outgoing, energetic, bright and highly skilled Bilingual Technical Support Rep to their team.

Work in a professional setting and teach people something new every minute of every day, if you are a technical support master and want to develop your skills and have fun each day keep reading. Our client is looking for a tech support representative to support all levels of individuals with various technical issues on day to day computing environment. Work for not only the leader of their industry but also innovators and set the trend to how business is conducted.

Key Role Responsibilities:

  • First level tech support and first point of contact
  • Document all calls and all results
  • Support and resolve technical issues from the quick 2 minute calls to the more complex 45 minute calls
  • Support office by generating new ideas and resolve any problems with innovative solutions

Required Experience:

  • 1-2 years tech support experience
  • Enjoy Contact center environment
  • Strong language skills in both French and English will be tested
  • Can do attitude and flexible
  • Enthusiasm to join a winning team
