Services Coordinator

(Bilingual French/English a must)

Our client is looking for an administrator to support the office manager apply your excellent computer skills to maintaining and organizing the smooth flow of information within a fast paced office. Work for not only the leader of their industry but also innovators and set the trend to how business is conducted.

Key Role Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with office manager in a supportive role (accounting, data base maintenance, administration and special projects)
  • Support office by generating new ideas and resolve any problems with innovative solutions

Required Experience:

  • University grad preferred or 1 year of admin experience
  • Strong computer competency (Excel will be tested)
  • Can do attitude
  • Enthusiasm to join a winning team
  • Strong French and English both written and verbal
