Lower Mainland Facilities Management (LMFM) provides services for Fraser Health (FH), Providence Health Care (PHC), the Provincial Health Services Authority (PHSA) and Vancouver Coastal Health (VCH), collectively, "the Organizations". It is a vibrant and dynamic portfolio and one of the largest full-service FM organizations in the country. Our goal is to provide a wide range of effective and sustainable services to support the delivery of health care. We employ individuals in locations across Metro Vancouver, the Fraser Valley and the Sunshine Coast.

We are seeking a dynamic Executive Director (ED) to lead the integrated Facilities Maintenance and Operations, Energy and Environmental Sustainability, and Technical Services business lines. Your proven experience and passion for creating a culture and environment for innovation and change will be essential for managing risk, adding value, and providing superior service to LMFM's community of customers. Your understanding and the ability to improve services, efficiencies and stewardship of physical assets in a unique and complex environment is also critical to the role, as is the ability to deal with political, structural, policy, financial and process challenges in a team-based and collaborative manner.

Reporting to the Chief Facilities Operating Officer, you will lead your director team and work closely with ED peers as part of an integrated senior leadership team, delivering on LMFM's mission and vision and key client outcomes, in 60 facilities across the Lower Mainland of British Columbia. Support the clinical mission of the Organizations and bring a fresh operational perspective in order to increase efficiency, extend the life of public assets, and increase asset reliability.

As the successful candidate, you have a Master's Degree and/or professional designation in a relevant discipline, supplemented by fifteen years' recent, related experience in progressively more complex and senior management/leadership roles in a large multi-site organization, with responsibilities for the planning and development of capital and strategic plans.

Bring your proven business acumen and related breadth of knowledge to this unique opportunity, and work with a leading team of facilities management professionals. This role is based in Vancouver, BC, convenient to the Olympic Village Canada Line / Broadway-City Hall Skytrain Stations.
