Business Development Representative

Key Account Responsibilities and Functions

  • Business to Business Sales
  • Cold Calling
  • Account development
  • Attend networking events
  • Prospecting new business opportunities
  • Managing new and maintaining diverse client accounts
  • Regularly attending on site meetings to develop business
  • Negotiating contracts and RFP's

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 3+ Years of proven Business to Business Sales Success
  • "Hunter" sales attitude and results oriented
  • Previous experience in outbound cold calling sales calls
  • Proven track record in delivering sales results
  • Drive, ambition and true entrepreneurial spirit
  • Track record of achieving sales targets and goals
  • Ability to build strong relationships
  • Ability to follow through and exceed expectations
  • Superior client relations and focus on customer satisfaction
  • Excellent communication skills, including business writing/communication
  • Highly organized, able to adapt and re-prioritize as required
  • Professionalism, including a high level of comfort and effectiveness conducting business with senior management professionals
  • Ability to influence and suggest, and a consultative approach
  • Solutions oriented and the ability to problem solve
  • Flexibility in hours of work
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Must enjoy working in a fast paced, ever changing environment
