RECEPTIONIST / TEAM ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT - Vancouver/West Pender Office
The Client Administration function is a vital part of the firm's National Shared Services. This highly skilled group of over 600 administration professionals in 33 offices supports the firm's Tax, Audit and Advisory client service staff. Client Administration is focused on the increase of revenue, achieving client service excellence by delivering timely, high quality products, increasing time available for client service staff to focus on driving the business, and encouraging an environment that increases both the staff and client experience. This is achieved by building dynamic, lasting relationships, being sensitive to our client needs and collaborating as part of the client service team.
What You Can Expect in this Role
Greeting clients and visitors.
Answering the phone and transferring calls to the appropriate staff member.
Receiving and sending out mail and courier packages.
Coordinate meetings including booking of meeting rooms, meals and AV requirements.
Manage the front office to include opening and closing.
Photocopying, binder preparation, printing.
Scan, bookmark documents and electronic storage on file servers.
Make routine travel arrangements using Travelocity.
Providing back-up for Administrative Assistants.
Assist with the format/draft documents including draft billings, proposals and engagement letters.
Deliver routine and transactional administrative tasks with some guidance and supervision from the administrative team.

What You Bring to KPMG
Professional attitude and approach is a perquisite.
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
Combination of education/experience in administration.
Experience using MS office word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint etc.
Ability to function effectively in team situations and flexibility to varying workloads.
