Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

.Post and apply incoming payments to customer accounts.
.Ensure incoming wires are cleared off the bank account in a timely manner.
.Investigate payment discrepancies by effectively communicating with customers.
.Process journal entries and AR uploads on a daily basis.
.Identify areas of improvement; test new processes through to implementation.
.Support junior colleagues with work related issue.
.Demonstrate exceptional communication and customer service skills to all levels of the business.
.Liaise with other teams within the organization.
.Various duties as required.
The candidate must demonstrate the following skills and behaviors:

.Strong computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, One Note).
.Professional demeanor.
.Strong analytical and time management skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
.Strong verbal and written communication.
.Possess strong customer service skills.
.Keen attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
.Team oriented with positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
.Previous experience with SAP will be considered an asset.
.Ability to communicate in French will be considered an asset.
