Sales Representative – B2B University Graduate































POSITION LOCATION: This position is located in Calgary, AB. We advertise in various locations to raise the visibility of this opportunity for those interested in relocating.































THE OPPORTUNITY:































This position is a great opportunity for recent graduates.































Our client seeks to engage an entry level Sales Representative with as little as 6 months post University experience and no more than 5 years experience including time accumulated while in University, in sales or customer service. Knowledge of construction and tools would be a bonus, but full training is provided by the company.































This is not an office / retail type of sales environment.  You will need to be able to do demos on flat low level, industrial building roofs accessed by stairs.  You will not be not be expected to do any construction or repair work.































RESPONSIBILITIES:































Service current clients and create new ones.































On a regular basis, visit construction sites or do demos on low level industrial building roofs with contractors.































Make repair or upgrade recommendations based on the company’s offered products.































Be on the road every day and follow through with scheduled appointments.































Work out of a Ford F-150 truck and with whatever small office type setting you’ll have at home.  































REQUIREMENTS:































New or recently graduated.































Bachelor’s degree in any field.































Outgoing, friendly and motivated to work in outside sales.































Maximum 5 years work experience, including while in University, and minimum 6 months post University experience in sales, marketing or customer service.































Exposure to construction work and knowledge of tools is a plus.































Any type of construction, contractor, building materials or roofing background can be a plus, but it’s not necessary.































Must have a good driving record.































Able to travel to Headquarters in Massachusetts for 2 weeks of training / orientation.































Bilingual English / French.































COMPENSATION:































Salary is commensurate with experience plus commissions.































Use of company vehicle / truck.































$200 cell phone allowance per month.
