Corporate Recruiter (#316606)

We want to connect with Corporate Recruiters who are open to contract and temporary opportunities. Randstad works with clients throughout the GTA and we have been very successful placing candidates in contract roles with our clients. The typical contract lasts for 3 months and they are often extended. Our clients prefer candidates who have a mix of corporate and agency experience. More precisely, your principal responsibilities will be the following:

- Employ a variety of methods including job postings, social media, networking, and referrals to source candidates
- Build and maintain a pipeline of top talent for various positions
- Screen resumes from various sources and searches on a daily basis
- Conduct phone and face to face interviews
- Work closely with hiring managers to ensure recruitment needs are met, act as an advisor and make recommendations about candidates
- Schedule in-person interviews with hiring managers
- Provide feedback on any trends and key recruitment metrics
- Update recruitment files
- Other duties as required


Qualifications
Requirements:

- University Degree or College diploma in Human Resources Management, CHRP is an asset
- Recruitment experience, ideally from corporate and agency (years of experience required will vary depending on the contract)
- Able to work independently, take the initiative and show good judgment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Results driven, able to meet deadlines and manage multiple open positions
- Solid knowledge of employment legislation
- Strong critical thinking skills and positive attitude
- Flexible and adaptable
- Technically savvy, learns new software easily, proficient with MS Office, ATS and HRIS systems
