This Role is part of the Service Building Automation and energy sales team in the Siemens Building technology family for the GTA and South Western Ontario regions. This is a specific specialized sales role to mainly promote the Energy Services offer for specific energy related client accounts and supporting EOS sales for the entire area.
The candidate will be relating with clients at the C-suite and operational levels maintaining existing relations and developing new business opportunities by way of presenting technical and financial Energy Efficiency arguments and integrating this value in a global BT offer.
Primarily responsible for the sale of Energy Optimization Services and energy related projects
As an Account Manager, promote the division's global offer in Building technologies, energy and environment
Utilizing a top down approach, relate to primary decision makers, Contractors, Consultants, and Building Owners/Managers who are responsible for building automation and energy
Promote & sell Energy Optimization Services and the performance contracting option persuasively and confidently while optimizing profit levels
Engineer, write specifications, develop cost proposals, and negotiate sales contracts to EOS
Establish and maintain strong partnership with clients responsible for the decision making process. Actively listen, probe and identify concerns. Understand each customer's business and demonstrate technical expertise to develop credibility, loyalty, and trust
Develop, implement, and manage sales programs for assigned regions and market areas in order to promote sales and services of Siemens products, systems, and technical capabilities
Create and implement strategies and plans to achieve assigned sales objectives
