Job Description

Corporate Document Coordinator (Word Processing/Data Entry)

Seeking candidates with previous word processing/data entry experience for a temporary opportunity within a prestigious quasi-government organization!

Role and Responsibilities

  • Providing efficient word processing and administrative support, assisting in the creation and maintenance of all corproate legal documents and manuals
  • Typesetting and editing complex or standard contracts, agreements, legal documents and general documents
  • Reviewing the format of contracts/agreements to ensure they follow corporate standards
  • Preparing from written draft, all corporate policies and procedures; distributing them for review by senior management
  • Other administrative duties as required
Qualifications and Experience

  • 2-3 years of previous word processing and data entry experience required, along with previous administrative experience which includes document management
  • Previous experience typing/formatting contracts, agreements, legal documents, and correspondence required
  • Excellent document processing, page layout, and graphic conversion skills, along with the ability to enter source data efficiently and accurately
  • Advanced-level skills in the use of word processing, web publishing and presentation applications
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite required (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access), and experience using FrontPage and Adobe Acrobat considered a strong asset
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, and advanced typing and data entry skills
  • Availability to commit to a 6 week opportunity starting immediately
