Our client is a driving in the medical manufacturing field. In business for several decades they are in search of a Bilingual Customer Service expert with top-notch Order Management experience. They are offering a first-rate compensation package and the opportunity to work in a dynamic office!

  • Full order management (end-to-end) using (SAP)
  • Preparation and follow-up of quotations for the Sales/Service team using (SAP)
  • Processing returns
  • Monitoring and managing active orders
  • Coordinating shipping
  • Other administrative duties as assigned


  • Post secondary degree or diploma
  • Minimum 3 years experience in customer service
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English AND French
  • Strong time management, follow up and organizational skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Strong data entry skills
  • SAP experience IS A MUST
